The Assistant Reservations Manager - Call Centre Role

Daish's is currently looking for full time Assistant Reservations Manager for our small and fun team based in Bournemouth. You'll work alongside the Reservations Manager on a daily basis, to support the Reservations Team, and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers.

You’ll get to speak to our wonderful customers, many of whom travel multiple times a year and you’ll be booking great value holidays. You’ll be part of a team where everyone knows your name and you’ll get to enjoy a fun and friendly environment.

The role is full time and includes weekend work on a rota basis - you’ll typically work two Saturday’s per month. To ensure our high service levels, we operate a variety of shifts but there’s not silly early starts or super late nights – our earliest shift is 8am – 4.30pm and our latest is 9.30am – 6pm. Sunday we’re only open 9am – 3pm and you get a full day off in the week in lieu, so you’ve still got plenty of time for a life outside work.

The Assistant Reservations Manager - Call Centre duties            

In addition to the Call Centre Sales Advisor Role duties will also include:

  • Assist with customer complaints/queries within set SLAs
  • Provide training and support to existing and new team members
  • Listening to calls on a monthly basis, providing feedback to agents
  • Assist with producing monthly reports
  • Complaints handling

 

The Assistant Reservations Manager - Call Centre will need:

As Assistant Reservations Manager you'll be the primary contact for both inbound and outbound sales and queries for all hotels.  To become an expert in all areas of our holidays and assist our customers with selecting the right break for them. Attention to detail is essential in this challenging and varied role. You will need to provide support for the Sales and Customer Service Manager, working alongside them to provide training and coaching, and implementing new processes and procedure. Work to maintain and uphold the company’s services and standards, respond to customer complaints and queries. Produce and oversee daily/weekly and monthly reports.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous management, sales, call centre or leisure industry experience.

We are looking for self-motivated hardworking people with excellent communication and customer service skills.
