The Devonshire Hotel:

We are looking for a punctual & reliable person to join our team at the Devonshire Hotel. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties. You will be covering reception, taking guest luggage to thier rooms and bingo calling. Other duties include talking to guests to ensure they have a good experience, reporting any guest complaints or workplace issues to the Manager.

Duties responsibilities:

• Effective in resolving and dealing with  guest complaints
• Responsible for daily banking of the till when covering reception
• Using hotel reservation software
• Covering the bar and serving guests
• Answering the phone and replying to emails promptly
• Heavy lifting will be required
• comfortable speaking publicly
• general maintenance tasks

4 - 5 days per week
