Administration Assistant – Payroll Focus | Fixed Term (3 Months)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support payroll and general office administration on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in assisting payroll processing while also supporting day-to-day office operations. 

Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Friday availability required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
  • Collecting, checking, and entering employee timesheets
  • Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
  • Responding to basic payroll queries and escalating as required
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
  • Supporting onboarding and other ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally with payroll exposure
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Employment Hero or similar payroll systems highly regarded
