Group Sales Advisor Role

Daish's is currently looking for full time group sales advisor to join our small but busy team based in Bournemouth. You’ll work alongside the Group Sales Manager on a daily basis to deliver first class customer service to Daish’s 500+ group organisers.

Group Sales Advisor - Duties

• Dealing with Group Organisers to make new bookings
• Managing existing bookings and updating admin including rooming lists, invoices, pick-up sheets
• Managing admin around all bookings and liaising with hotels and coach drivers
• Updating various IT systems to ensure smooth running of the groups department
• Liaising with the companies 20+ coach drivers on pickup times and locations

Group Sales Advisor will need:

As a group sales advisor you’ll need to be friendly, confident and professional when dealing with both customers and staff. You be a good multi-tasker as you’ll need to update various systems and spreadsheets at the same time and be able to handle multiple enquiries at a time.

We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking people with excellent communication and customer service skills.
