The Job
We are looking for a hardworking teamplayer to Join our established Housekeeping team at The Russell Hotel, the duties will include servicing rooms on a daily basis, replenishing refreshments and making our guest experience for their stay as comfortable as possible in line with our company values.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Making beds
- Dusting and hovering of a set number of rooms including en-suite bathrooms.
- Replenishing Tea and Coffee making stocks and reporting any maintenance via internal procedures.
- Deep cleaning procedures
- Change towels
- Report and maintenance issues to be resolved
- Ensure Company Policies are followed for Health and Safety at all times
- Ensure all reasonable tasks related to your role are completed as asked by the Hotel Management
- Be accurate and courteous at all times.
- Attend Training and Refresher Training sessions, as required by the hotel management in particular Norovirus and Bed Bugs and Manual Handling
- Be aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure awareness of COSHH Data sheets for yourself and other members of your team, and always ensure information available for chemicals on site when there are new chemicals introduced to the workplace
- There may be an opportunity to work in other departments of the hotel on a permanent basis for the right candidate.
