Front of House Receptionist :

Our hotel Receptionists are usually one of the firsts points of contact for our guests upon arrival at our hotels. You will be meeting people from differing backgrounds from different parts of the UK arriving on our own Coaches or are Self Driven to our door. A friendly, welcoming and efficient service from reception is what our guests are used to. You will work closely with the hotel management across a range of functions performed by the front of house operation. We are looking to employ a person to assist our Front of House for around 40-48 hours per week. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience
  • To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
  • To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
  • Be accurate and courteous at all times.
  • To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy
  • Undertake general office duties, including monitoring and responding to emails, filing, general telephone and switchboard duties as appropriate.
  • Attend Training and Refresher Training sessions, as required by the hotel management.
  • Assist in other FOH operations as required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be also be advantantagous to have experience of Hotel Perfect front of house booking system

The ideal candidate for this role will possess some or all of the below qualities, training will be provided but it will assist us if you have a basic understanding of the role.
